Beyond Your Word
When accounts conflict and evidence is limited, how do you strengthen your position?
phYee Decision Intelligence offers a structured approach to:
Document — Organise grievances, incidents, and supporting information into a coherent record.
Engage — Where appropriate, invite relevant parties to participate voluntarily in a structured discussion or explore possible resolution.
Assess — Evaluate available information and offer independent credibility assessment of specific statements, where suitable.
Advise — Identify possible next steps towards an informed, defensible decision.
Your account. A structured process. A clearer way forward.
Disputes & Grievances
When your account is disputed, where do you begin?
Conflicting accounts, accusations and unresolved grievances can leave people uncertain about how to protect their interests or move forward.
Whether the matter involves a residential or community dispute, an interpersonal disagreement or another contested account, the challenge is often the same: understanding what can be documented, what remains uncertain and what options are available.
phYee provides structured grievance assessment, incident documentation and dispute advisory.
Where appropriate, we assist clients with formal invitations for voluntary discussions, providing an opportunity for both parties to be heard, explore possible resolutions and identify practical next steps.
Our role is to help clients organise their concerns, assess available information and make informed decisions—not to determine guilt, compel participation or replace legal authorities.
Credibility Assessment
When accounts conflict, look beyond personal impressions.
When two people give different accounts of an event, deciding whom to believe can be difficult—particularly when direct evidence is limited.
Converus® VerifEye™ offers another way to examine specific claims.
Using eye-tracking technology and automated analysis, VerifEye measures eye behaviour and responses during a structured assessment.
Rather than relying solely on how convincing someone sounds or appears, the assessment provides additional credibility-related information through a standardised testing process.
Supported by Validation Research
Converus reports the following accuracy figures in its published validation research:
V3R protocol: approximately 89% accuracy under optimal, supervised research conditions.
V4R protocol: approximately 84% accuracy in its updated validation research.
These figures reflect performance in specific research settings. Actual performance may differ depending on the protocol, testing conditions and circumstances.
At phYee, both V3R and V4R protocols are available. The appropriate protocol is selected according to the assessment purpose, suitability and approved procedures.
What Does This Mean for You?
A structured credibility assessment can provide another source of information when an important question cannot be resolved through competing statements alone.
The assessment may help individuals and organisations:
Examine a clearly defined disputed claim.
Obtain additional information beyond personal impressions.
Consider results alongside existing documents, accounts and other evidence.
Make a more informed decision about possible next steps.
The purpose is not to replace your judgement, but to give you more information to work with.
Assessments require suitability screening and informed, voluntary participation. Results are not a definitive determination of truthfulness, deception, guilt or innocence.

Beyond the Dispute: Finding a Path Towards Healing
Unresolved disputes can leave emotional scars, quietly draining our energy and disturbing our peace of mind. Finding closure matters because healing often begins when we can finally move forward.
At phYee, we recognise that resolution is not always about proving who is right. We help clients have their concerns heard, assessed and documented, while identifying practical options towards resolution and regaining control over their lives.
Because healing should not depend entirely on someone else's admission or apology.
Hiring & Partnerships
Trust is fundamental to the people we hire, work with and allow into our lives. Yet credentials, references and personal impressions may not tell the whole story.
phYee provides credibility assessment, behavioural risk evaluation and decision-making advisory to help individuals, employers and business owners evaluate potential risks and make informed commitments.
